CERM University of Florence - Postdoc

As a Postdoc in bioinformatics of tungsten-protein interaction at the University of Florence, you will be involved in the creation of new tools to identify tungsten sites in protein sequences and structures. To this aim, you will be responsible of software development, including deep learning, and in the creation of new force fields for the dynamics simulation of the tungsten-polypeptide chain interaction. The work will include web interface development and database implementation.
