Charles Abreu Santana

I am an expert in data analysis with a strong background in computer science, particulary in applying machine learning techniques to uncover patterns and make predictions in protein data. As part of the project, I work on the analysis of W-proteins by integrating sequence and structural information available from multiple databases. We are developing predictive models aiming to improve and expand our understanding of W-proteins.
