Alice Pedroni

I'm a PhD student at TU Delft in the Biocatalysis group. My background is mainly in chemistry, but enzymes have always fascinated me and that is why I chose a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry and Molecular Biology, which gave me the opportunity to increase my understanding of enzymes. After my studies, I had the opportunity to do a traineeship, which gave me the chance to become more familiar with enzymes and improve my ability to work with them through their production, purification and activity characterisation.
